There is defiance and pure selfishness.
OK granted these people have placed their chairs 6' apart, but there are actually at least 3 people out here (we watched one walk from his cart to join the others.
In Europe you'd be looking at a fine of up to $3,000 for this.... and potentially a spell in prison... You may not have it in Florida yet, but mark my words if these people carry on in this manner it will come to you in order to protect you.
