Hair Stylist for Curly Hair

I have naturally curly hair and in desperate need of a stylist that knows how to cut curly hair. It's a technique and I need someone experienced. The last hair cut was a disaster and now I have short little "bumps" all over my head. I explained to this stylist that if you cut one inch, it's like cutting two inches if your hair curls; I must have been using a different language because she paid no attention.

Rosie Mercedes 347 606-5237. She is a curly hair magician. She’s had training all over the country and people travel from around FL to see her. Of course, she’s closed right now but she rents space from a shop on 466. I’m sorry I can’t think of the name of it but she can give you directions.
