We would be honored to do your warranty inspection. Yes, as an essential business we are still doing inspections.

Myself and my two sons have all taken the Covid-19 Safety class and exam for Home Inspectors and have PPE in the truck if needed and practice Social Distancing.

Because we always want to do our very best for our customers, we come to your home as a team of two or three Inspectors, (always either my two sons or myself and one or both of my sons). We take our time and are never in a hurry. Because of this, we only do three homes a day.

We love what we do and stay very busy. We are both ASHI and Internachi Certified and also actively involved in the Florida Association of Building Inspectors. We work hard to be the very best we can be.

Most folks call us a few months in advance and we do get booked up at times for at least a few weeks. Currently we have inspections booked as far out as mid February of 2021....(ten months from now). It is always smart to book early.

Of course, due to travel restrictions some folks have had to reschedule, so sometimes we have openings the same week, and sometimes our first available opening may be a few weeks from now. The sooner one calls the more choices they have of different dates and times.

As always, you AND The Villages warranty department will have your report the SAME day we do the inspection.
