Along the lines of sleep tho, do you ladies find your husband can go to bed and sleep like a log and we are staying up and having difficulty sleeping WAY more than normal since this virus came along???

I am grateful ONE of us is able to sleep like a log, I just wish we could take turns! I have slept ONE full 7 hours of sleep in the past 7 weeks...other than that it is to bed normal, up 2-3 hours later for several hours, and then back to bed around 5am.

Since the 70s I was on call 24/7 three weeks on one week off. I can sleep standing against a wall, but still certain sounds I am fully awake. A chopper, siren, or any ring tone.

What I sleep thru is storms, TV, road or train noise.

I can’t worry about something I have no control over.
