Who Should We Call?

We are in a new neighborhood and have a pond behind our house. During the construction phase on our street, lots of debris blew into the pond. My husband has picked up all that he could reach or safely dispose of in our garage but there are still some large pieces he can’t get. Does anyone know who we should call to clean it up? Thanks
