Bar Seating Allowed?

I understand that bars have not been allowed to open yet. But, is it possible for a party of 1 or 2 people (related) to sit and have a meal at the bar rather than use a table? Thinking of most places in TV that have the restaurant seating and bar seating sharing the same area.

So far we have not noticed anyone seated at the bar. Maybe 6’ distance doesn’t work
