Disposing of paint

Anyone know when there will be a time and place to drop off paint no longer needed? I know there’s a Marion County dumb on Hw 42 but the paint has to be completely dried out to dispose of it there.

If you open the can it will dry out fairly quickly, no? Also, you can mix cat litter in it.

put cat litter in it to dry it out. then put it out on garbage day.
