Fitness Center Membership

I'm not asking for a refund for the time the fitness centers have been closed due to Covid. What I would like to see, however, is an extension on memberships for the amount of time the fitness centers have been closed. Anyone who pays for fitness center membership agree with me?

While I certainly understand your view my personal opinion would to use the fees to add another hand sanitizer wipe station, extra hand sanitizer bottles and included a couple thoroughly hand cleaning sessions extra per day.

I’ve requested a refund twice. Both times, they emailed me back stating that they’re working on it. I expected it to take a while but, at this point, I think they’ve had plenty of time. Funny, when I joined, they wanted the money immediately.

Funny.....if a person dies, there is no refund for the balance of their membership to whom ever would receive the refund such as a spouse or next of kin. I find that reprehensible.'

Honestly.....this is NOT funny.
