Does anyone have a link with a map of all the villages? I am trying to locate De Luna, Chitty Chatty and Bradford on a map to get a feel for location and distances to squares. I no longer have the paper map I bought at the welcome center. I figure this stuff must be online somewhere? Thanks.

I think the paper maps are the best way to go. You can buy them at any of The Villages sales offices. But, you can also use The Villages app to search for a house, and it will show you a location for the house on an online map that can be expanded to show other villages around it.

I don't think Google is up to date with villages like Chitty Chatty. The only thing they currently show is the Chitty Chatty rec center. No streets or lots.

Here is a link to the on-line Villages map The Villages(R) Community Map - Explore & Find Your Way Around (https://www.thevillages.com/map/)

Notice how much land there is to the south of where the new villages are now.

Sorry, no up to date maps.
Cartographers can't keep up with the expansion!

I may not be using the page/link correctly but I was unable to find individual villages, specifically Chitty Chatty, de Luna, and Bradford.

You need to move the map around and then zoom in on a particular area to see the details.

Just go to TV website, click on homes, click on new homes, and the map will show the new area. You can you use your mouse and move it all around or zoom in or zoom out in the lower right corner, or use the wheel on your mouse.

Thanks All.

I spoke to TV Sales and they will mail me paper maps of the 3 villages. I’m looking for a building lot. I think Chitty Chatty will be the first with GC access. She said the MMP connecting the new bridge and Brownwood(?) should be complete by the end of the year. Thanks again to all replies. If the paper maps are not what I expect, I’ll be here asking you all again.

Did you click on the link I provided above? It has all those Villages, the homes and the lots for sale. Here's Chitty Chatty, four lots for sale.

Since the golf cart bridge from Chitty Chatty to Bradford has been completed (but not yet officially opened), Bradford will have golf cart access as well.

We walk around there a lot. We think Bradford and the other villages south of the turnpike will be much more desirable than Chitty Chatty.

Forget the maps because the new villages usually aren’t on them for about a year after the area is built. Best way is to drive the area. I’m sure you know Morse Blvd. Drive up Morse and cross over rte 44 ( you will know it when you look to the left and see the new golf cart bridge) . After you cross over, Chitty CHatty will be on the left about 1 mile down the road . The others are all in that area after you cross over the turnpike. A few are on 501 which is at the light but they are all in that area. Good luck

Key words here “should be “. Don’t believe anything the sales people tell you regarding future development. Their number one mission is to sell, sell, sell. I’ve lived in Fenney for 2 1/2 years so you know where I’m coming from.

If you are looking for a building lot close to Brownwood, there aren’t any. At some point they will open lots for sale closer to Brownwood (just across rt. 44) but Chitty Chatty is a long way from Brownwood by golf cart or car. It is going to be close to Lake Deacon Plaza for grocery shopping, gas, etc. :welcome:

Go to the villages website. thevillages.com. Click on “our homes”. Then “search homes”. A nice map will come up with the Villages you’re looking for nicely labeled for you

The map that the realtor is sending will be out of date as soon as they drop it in the mail. They will just have the general outlay of the area. They don't keep the building lots up to date on paper, there's no way they could with how quickly things move. The building lots are all on the website. All you have to do is zoom in and they will show up, including the prices. Sometimes you have to zoom way in for the lot to show if its available.

As I mentioned in another reply, go to thevillages.com Click on "Our Homes" scroll down and click on "Search Homes" A nice map will show and the villages you are looking for are clearly labeled. Simply zoom in. Unless you are face to face with a villages realtor who has access to the minute by minute transactions taking place, this is the only way to get the latest information on the building lots.

Best to see the lots in person cause some may look good on the map but they don't show the ugly structures nearby such as the huge wire towers that will be out the front door or lanai.

I think to get a feel of distance to squares and other locations within The Villages, you need to see a map of the entire community. Once you click on my link, there are options to click on for more detailed maps. The newer areas you are looking for are not yet detailed, but you can see where they are in connection to everything else.

Yes. Chitty Chatty has 44 above with a bridge to Lake Deaton Shopping Plaza & Rohan complex. There will be some commercial lots on the Chitty Chatty side.

When I had my Lifestyle Visit, all of the most current maps were in my rental unit on the kitchen counter when I arrived. Although Google Maps and Apple Maps are terrific innovations, I still found it very helpful to get my bearings on good ol’ paper maps. The Villages map App was helpful when driving the golf cart on paths but the App was not nearly as helpful when driving my car on roads Or trying to figure out the proximity of a neighborhood to things. The “find a home” feature on the Villages App is helpful to see a home or site’s location. Better to use all of the above until you really learn your way. Hope you enjoy your visit.

Unfortunately our district government seems to have no idea what they are actually responsible for. If you go to the maps section on the web site, the map of the entire Villages is now over 2 years old....the maps of the 3 areas are almost 1 year old.
