Are there any banks in the area that have returned to full service? My bank (Suntrust) only has drive-through service, where you can do inquiries and make deposits and withdrawals. On occasion, I need other services (i.e., access my safe deposit box, get something notarized, make changes to one of my accounts, etc.). When I called to find out when full service would resume, no one could tell me. I thought banks were essential services (like grocery stores). They rarely are highly populated and could easily function using CDC guidelines. I don't get it.

Citizens first is open. For some things you need to make a reservation but you have full service availability. The only downside is the popcorn is not available :(
