Obama losing ground with women

Obama had a 59% approval rating with women in 2009.
In 2010, after 7 months, Obama has a 45% rating with women voters.

Maybe the 14% drop in his ratings was his motive to go on the television program The View?

Women could play a key roll in this November election.

Yes, there are many people who are disgusted by his snubbing of the scouts. My point is that the women are starting to see through this guy, especially after breaking all those "change" promises. Women could be the force to drive democrats from office.
Many people feel that women were responsible for the election of Carter as President. (remember the big smile and shining teeth?)

When all gets said and done it is their son's and daughters who could be affected today if they are serving in the far east.
They could be the wives/mothers of the un-employed.
The could be the wives/mothers of a loved one killed by an illegal alien.

I don't think women buy his baloney any more, like they did when he was making all the campaign rhetoric.

Women have his number and I do not believe he has any particular sway over them.

Why would they support a person who is setting the country their children/grand children will have a lessor quality of life than they have today.

Be honest folks, Bush had his ratings fall off the bottom of the chart as time went on and yet many folks today still say he did a wonderful job. So rating really have very little to do with how people will vote in the morning.

I wasn't particularly happy with his first term but I could never have voted for John (the fake) Kerry. Many times the vote cast is a vote against.

I resemble that remark since Obama was my first Democratic vote after 40 years of voting for the GOP candidate. I was set to vote for McCain, then along came Sarah. I tried to like her but just could not stop shaking my head every time she spoke.

I am not happy with many of Obama's political moves, but feel he was the better of the two choices. He is wasting a lot of money, but is putting us in a better position to negotiate with the rest of the world on global issues.

Yea, that sums it up. I feel it is very important for all of us to vote and since I could not cast a vote for her and McCain, I voted for Obama/Biden.

I will say, so far, I am impressed with the wonderful things this administration has done for so many in this country.

The only thing Palin had going against her was the medias intense focus on and amplifying her gaffs. If the media treated either Obama or Biden in like intensity for the stupid things they do/did say, or don't do when they should....neither one would have survived.

Most negative commentary about Palin are pure and simple one for one amplification of the medias presentation....and not any deeper than that other than plain old prejudice.

is those who voted for Obama based on his platform of change and not politics as usual...they are totally disenchanted.

Those who voted for him because of Palin are finding the same...Obama has not...is not...will not deliver on what helped him win the election.

The VP's effect on issues of significance in America is nil.

I always find it interesting to learn more of those who viewed the election as Obama VS Palin. Actually makes no sense in the real world of what happens or not in politics.

Just look at the big impact Biden makes on anything...none.

I voted for Obama because of McCain. Sarah Palin was just ANOTHER reason.

Had the GOP put up a better candidate, perhaps I would have voted for them.

Had the GOP put up the Circa 2000 John McCain, I DEFINITELY would have voted for him.
