Does anyone know how much rain we’ve gotten?
Feels like a lot and can’t find out how much.
Thanks!

There's a large network of personal weather stations around TV. You can see the data from many of them at Wunderground.com. Select the "Wundermap" and then select "Weather Stations" on the Layers tab. In a view that's zoomed in to TV area, you'll see the individual stations and can click on them to get more data, and drill down even further to see historical data from that station. One I looked at near Lake Deaton showed 2.59" yesterday and another 0.34" as of 1pm today.

I live in the Marion County section of TV. My rain gauge came in at over 7” by Sunday morning, another 2.5” on Sunday into Monday. It was heavier in Marion County than Sumter. It impressed me so much that I took a photo of the gauge.

I'm really curious...

what makes the amount of rainfall important and what are you going to do with the information once you know how much rain we've had?

Royal Oaks in Springdale. Dumped by gauge yesterday morning 5 inches. Today we had 2 inches.

We have over 6" of rain in our rain gauge in Sunset Pointe. It's an accumulation since Friday.

I measured 5 1/4" of rain in my gauge in Buttonwood since Friday. Most of that was Saturday's all day rain that measured 3 1/2"
And to Devam4616, to answer your question:
We're weather freaks that like to see the differences in rainfall totals across The Villages since it's covers such a very large area.
This info also will help me know which golf courses might be unplayable, or cart path only.
