Has anyone made structural changes to the original floor plan, such as changing the size of the home or garage? Thanks.

If you are planning on building, many homes can be stretched during construction. If you are talking about an existing home, then you will be interested in the replies. Remember that you will need ARC approval for your project (you should get this), all of the building permits should be gotten by your contractor. You might also clarify what you are trying to do, change the size of the garage, add to the house, add to the garage, etc., then you may get an answer specific to what you are trying to do.

Thank you, we’ve already discussed this with a salesperson and currently own in TV. Only looking for others that may have made modifications. Thank you.

OK, I cannot speak for the Aspen, but we had 3 stretches on our Gardenia, wanted a 4th, but hit the lot build lines!

I don't think they actually stretch the house. They just build it a little larger.
