My TV(samsung) 6yr old, will not connect with Internet. All other wi fi devices working fine. Never experienced before . Have rebooted everything. Any Ideas? or repair guys?

Should I just buy a new one?

Help !!!!!!!!!

“All other devices connect” indicates you know what you are doing with respect to Wi-Fi setup. May want to consider factory reset to default settings on TV. Might clear something that you can’t see in the configuration.

Use the SAMSUNG remote (not the one you may have for a tv provider - such as Xfinity) and tap the MENU button. That should bring up all your television settings/options.

Go to NETWORK and review the options, there should be an option for NETWORK SETTINGS (or similar) then you can see the options you can play with to connect to WiFi.

Sometimes just turning the TV off and on resets a connection but apparently that hasn’t happened in your case.

If you have an unused HDMI input, buy a Roku streaming stick for about 50 dollars. It will connect to the internet and will work better than the smart TV.

Turning the TV off does solve a lot of problems. I use close captions, the words were not moving fast enough and some dialogue was missing , I thought I was going to have to buy another set , direct tv just said pull plug , now I do it about once every 10 days , FYI make sure you do it when your not recording lol
