Another Rock/Gravel Back Yard Mistake on St.Charles

East side of St. Charles just south of Buttonwood Run. Rock/gravel ground cover in a back yard all the way to the curb of St. Charles, covering the right-of-way. Will be a costly mistake for owner (who apparently did not notice another similar back yard that was recently converted back to sod on west side of St. Charles just north of Barksdale, nor read about it here).
