Excellent Painter and Handyman

We recently purchase a vacant foreclosed 3br/2ba home in Fruitland Park to use as a rental. We hired John Bowman, 352-460-7516, for all the painting and repair work. He had a small ad in The Sun Classifieds. The repaint included ceiling walls and trim, with some very pleasant colors that he helped us select. He also hung new fans, repaired broken light fixtures and pressure washed the outside. The total job, including paint, was just under $1,000. I couldn't have been happier with the work. John is a Village resident.

By any chance, does John also do exterior painting? Our home in Silver Lake has aluminum siding and it is beginning to oxidize a bit.:wave:
