How do I get a picture on my profile?

Hi Tom,

First make sure the picture you want to upload is no more bigger than 64kb.

1) Click "User CP" in the blue bar at the top of this page (below the TOTV logo)
2) Click "Edit Profile Picture" under "Your Profile" on the left side of the page
3) Click inside the text box under "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer"
4) Click the "Browse" button to locate the photo you want to use from your computer
5) Click "Save Changes"

That should do it!

There's still a bit more to do....you need to go to your CP an go to Settings where you'll find, edit your avatar.

I had the same problem when I opened this thread over a year ago. I ended up asking TONY (the administrator at that time) to help get my picture posted. He did all the work. Maybe if you asked the Administrator he'd do the same for you.

I've followed all the directions that Pturner gave and Pooh, but the picture stays the same. I've tried numerous times. I am wondering if it is the Mac that is having challenges as I also had difficulty loading regular pics. Can't load onto the profile pic either. I think I will try accessing from firefox instead of safari and see if that helps. Any other ideas are welcome.

I changed to Firefox and then I noticed that the little wheel was still turning after I clicked "save changes" and so I left the computer running and came back and it was on, so I think that I was in too much of a hurry before. Safari doesn't always show you when it is processing, at least I can't always tell. So that mystery has been solved....patience is always a virtue!
