Does anyone know at what point TV residents will be able to build their own recreation facilities? A large full service gym or fitness center would be a great addition to the other facilities. The lack of a community owned facility is one of the only minus factors I have found when comparing TV with other area communities in development. I have difficulty understanding why there are over 30 golf courses and not even one decent gym available to residents (and I am an avid golfer).

you should look into taking the golf conditioning class at the -soon to be- mvp sportsplex (currently the wellness center)
great class for golfers...

I agree, and I think many others will agree as well. The gym rates are much higher here than what we've paid elsewhere, and particularly in the high season, the gyms oncampus are typically overcrowded and are somewhat limited in what they offer. I know there is a contingent who would like an indoor pool, as well as those that are looking for indoor courts for basketball, volleyball, etc.
