I’m looking for an good appliance person. My oven is not heating at the correct temperature.

Beck's (https://becksappliancerepair.biz/) Appliance Repair is another local shop I've had good success with.

If its the oven/ stove that the developer included ..Don't waist your money cheapest appliances they could find
Replace it..

Give them a call, Mrs. Beck answers the phone and she will answer your questions as to whether the oven is worth fixing, or buy a new one.
Many years ago I had them in to look at my oven. It was the thermostat. New piece coast me $160 and still working. Paid for itself over and over.
