I'm not sure what you reference in your question, but why not get three bids? That's what I did.

If The Villages within 5000 dollars of a bid we got from Leber Dream Homes we will go with the Villages due to the reputation. leber quoted us 10,200 so we’re hoping The Villages will come in around $15,000.
