Buildings next to I 75

East side of I 75 a few miles south of the exit for rt 44. Several large warehouse looking buildings being constructed, anyone know what they are for? Villages? Private?

That would be the Rick Scott Industrial Park. The one large building to the north is the new Sun Herald News Paper printing building. Not sure about any other buildings.
