I have a friend of a friend who is From Germany who is single 23 and wants to come
To Florida for the winter. She does not have a work visa but would do housekeeping for living accommodations! She presently does part time modeling. Can she live in TV.

Oh my. I don’t know about labor laws and work visas, but what is there here for a 23 yr old German model in the villages? Something is pretty fishy. At the very least you are being taken.

No, she can't live in The Villages, or anywhere else in the United States. She would be an illegal alien, and anyone who hired her would be violating the labor and tax laws.

I don’t think she would be allowed to live here. She is not family and I don’t think an illegal immigrant would be welcomed here. Just saying

Taking the OP at his or her word, there are many cities in FL where residents are looking for an au pair/household help. The Villages is not one of those places, and others have pointed out the possible legal ramifications.
There are job agencies who help obtain work visas and place foreign citizens in the U.S. as domestic staff, however I suspect a person who only wants to stay for 3-4 months would be less desirable to U.S. employers.

Jeesh, she is not an "illegal immigrant" A visitor from Germany may visit the US without a visa for 90 days, just like you can visit Europe. She cannot work however. So she certainly could live in the Villages if she wished to do so as she is age 19 or older.

True, if you assume that she is only coming for 90 days. But, the wording of the OP sounds like she may already be in the country.
