Do you mean pouring concrete, or standing on concrete? If pouring concrete, I would simply go with a good water proof boot over shoes. If you are talking about standing on concrete, any very high quality WALKING sneaker, as these will tend to have a very good arch support. I am currently using Brooks sneakers, and these have eliminated a lot of pain I had in my feet.

if you're just standing on cement (not working cement) you might want to check out a uniform supply house...chefs and cooks stand on cement all day long, as do a lot of police that walk 'the beat'. If you require steel toe caps...check out the safety supply stores
