We have a bathroom that has a jacuzzi tub.

I would like to keep the tub and have a shower installed. It will require cutting into wall to find drain to outside and then drilling into cement floor.

Does recommend someone/company that can do this.

If you have a jacuzzi then you must have a drain

Why can't the current drain be used? A shower head could be put in, a floor designed to be waterproof and drain to the old drain.

Try one of the restoration companies, IMHO, I think there will be a lot more involved that you are expecting. Most of the drains do not go outside immediately. I saw the actual construction in our house, and in our case it would have been a big deal to tap into the drain (floor was open for another reason). Also, the addition of another drain may require changes to the existing vent.
Good luck with your project.

Perhaps you could consider a european style hand held shower attached to the tub or the adjacent wall ??
