lawn and shrub care

Can anyone suggest a good and reliable lawn and shrub care service that stands behind their service?
In the five years that we have lived in The Villages, we have used Heron, True Green, Deans, and Zoysia Green, and our neighbors just fired Massey. All are fine for about the first 6 months and then things go to hell in a handbasket as they get more new customers and neglect their old ones. Shrubs start dieing off and grass stays yellow with weeds.
We are looking for someone knowledgeable and reliable and responsible.

We have used Falcon for the last four years and we have been happy with them.

We have Empire Zoysia and we water a normal amount. I use a 2-inch setting when I mow the grass and always catch the clippings and put them in a paper bag on Tuesday evening. Occasionally I use weed-be-gone spray on the clover. Other than that, Falcon does all the fertilizing and disease prevention.

Falcon also treats and fertilizes the shrubs and my wife also fertilizes them as well. We also have Falcon for our pest control.
