My friend is leaving tomorrow on the shuttle from LSL at 10:30 for a 1:15 Southwest flight. Is this enough time? Has anyone done this?

There will be no time to waste; but that should be adequate time. Your friend should tell the shuttle driver the time of his/her flight. The 'wild card' in estimating time can be the delays waiting in line to check baggage (which I try to avoid doing anymore, even though
Southwest doesn't charge fees for checked baggage, so that I can go straight to the security check point and bypass the ticketing area, thus saving time) and delays at the security check-point; these areas can get very backed up in Orlando at times; and Fridays can be especially busy due to people leaving on trips at the end of a work week, or leaving on weekend trips, etc, so your friend should get to security asap upon arrival.
Checking in, printing boarding passes and checking baggage in (if going with more than carry-on baggage) online at home can save some critical time at the airport, particularly if the shuttle gets delayed in traffic, due to construction, etc.
