Re-sealing decorative driveway & walk

We bought a house with a very elaborate patterned driveway, walk and garage floor. We want to make sure it doesn't fade or erode from regular car use. How often do you re-seal them. If you do, will it last indefinitely? Should it be resealed after every power-washing ?

We originally had our driveway done by Decorative Concrete, who also reseals it’s once a year. In betweeen times, we haven’t seen a reason to power wash it.

2-3 years!

King Krete seal every 3 to 5 years

Ours was painter (Xylene based) and we were told to reseal after 5-6 years. OP, you did not state the type of coating if this is paint, be sure to test the sealer in an area where any possible damage would not be noticed, there maybe incompatibilities with your choice of sealer.
