Ability to obtain seller contact info

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?? Whenever I try to obtain contact information from a seller nothing happens!! I log in and nothing appears. I used to be able to get info but not now. Don't even know how to contact Talk of The Villages for tech support HELP

Where are you logging in? I find that even though I am logged in here at the forums, if I want to see the seller’s contact information, I have to login again on the classified page.
