I would use your usage from your prior home and convert that to a KW per sq ft of A/C space. Use a summer month. Then use SECO's rates to estimate your bill. The problem is no average usage. Is you A/C at 70 or 78, etc. etc.?

Average billing or budget billing, no SECO doesn't have it.

If you mean a plan that averages your monthly usage and bills the same amount each month, I believe SECO offers that but don't see it on their payment website, either. You may need to call.

They do offer what I think is a worthwhile program called Pennies From Heaven -- it allows customers to round up their bills to the nearest dollar. The money goes into a fund that SECO uses primarily to assist customers with payment assistance.

That is a great program.

Will we get Hot Bucks each month?

It is called Budget Billing.
I have it set up with them.
I believe the monthly charge is set for 3 months based on recent usage.
As I recall, noticed it in one of their flyers that comes with the monthly invoice.
Probably need to call them and ask about Budget Billing.

I have budget billing for both SECO and TECO. You have to call SECO to set it up.

Yes, they do. My bill is the same amount year round, they do take a look at it and my usage occasionally and adjust accordingly.
