Looking for iPhone Expert

I'm looking for someone that is an expert with Apple iPhones. I'm having trouble syncing my data to iCloud. Some of the data transfers but not all of it. Since we just purchased a new iPhone 11 Pro and we need to transfer the data from iCloud to the new phone. I first need to have the iCloud updated with the most recent data from the old phone. You would think that you could just do a simple phone to phone transfer but apparently you can't.

Does anyone know of a tech expert that will come to the house?

I believe you need to log into your iCloud account. Worked for me
