Fern home

Has anyone else chosen the Fern home?:shrug::confused: It seems like we are the only ones. We like the big kitchen which we have also stretched by 4 feet. Also like the pocket doors that completely open up.

There is a Fern III being built on Valley Oak St in Buttonwood. Not enough built yet to decide but I am sure it is gorgeous. I know we love our new home. We like it more now that the furniture arrived. Sleeping on a sleep sofa was getting old. Much less pain in the back now LOL :clap2:

The Fern is on my list. I really like the layout. I've been waiting for the model tour. My agent said the model tours of the new homes should be on TV website this week.
