Good one first sign of fall for me, blow out the sprinklers, 6 bags of leaves. Then in the next 2 weeks 29 more bags of leaves, mow the 1/2 acre of lawn for the last time. Pack the car and drive 17.5 hours to TV

All the Hummingbirds we have been feeding throughout the summer have headed south for the season, we will be packing up the truck soon and following them.

If you can get the trees to drop leaves faster it’s a done deal:a040:

33 degrees.......Woke this morning to white grass. So thick that covering the plants may not have worked.

Well I wanted the leaves to drop faster, just need some rain and all set to start raking:MOJE_whot::MOJE_whot::cold:

Our treating is usually 2 hours, and up to 300 kids. Meeting in a week to see if they will ban trick or treating. Sad if they do but will save a great deal of $$

Same here, might have to make the first fire of the season in the wood stove tonight. But the good news is we are heading south in three days. Already have my T time requests in the system. Will have to adjust from playing bent grass all summer back to the Florida Bermuda.
