Landscaping prices

we have a 2008 pv and have been getting quotes on changing the landscaping [from bushes and pinestraw] to river rocks and a few european fan palms. the problem is that the quotes are all over the board, anywhere from $2500 to $4200, all for the same thing. is there some kind of formula i can follow in order to make sure i'm not being overcharged?

We used "Have Rock Will Roll". Great price. You can choose the rock at a site on CR 441. If you need more info, please PM me.

Get quotes. Decide who you think can do what you want. Ask to see some similar installations. And ask for references. NO known formula. You have to do your home work. Pricing is all over the map.
