Villages Insurance. Independent agents that represent numerous companies. I have worked with Karyn Halstead for 10 years.

Another vote for Villages Insurance. They fixed me up with Progressive. So far, no Flo.

Be sure to have a discussion about “Catastrophic” and “Non-Catastrophic” sink hole insurance coverage

make sure you don't attach a golf cart to your HO's policy... get a separate policy

give Triple A a call
we cut our home and auto insurance in half when we switched to them and kept the exact same coverage including sinkhole coverage

We have them, but they had a policy written so poorly that they the State had to go after them (coverage exclusions were located in the wrong section of the policy, to hide them from you). We just were too lazy to change this year (the rates went way up to cover the roof repairs from a wind storm) but will look around next.

Get auto and home together. Golf cart different company.
Get hurricane rider.
Sinkhole rider - no if you stay away from ponds. Do some research on what you want to do.

Do not let Villages Insurance put you with American Integrity, by far the worst insurance company I have ever used.
