A small area of discoloration has appeared on my ceiling - looks like rusty water

I don't fancy clambering around in the roof, so who is a good person to call?

Not sure if it is caused by rain coming in through the roof, or maybe just a leak from the airconditioning duct

Another common problem in FL is condensation dripping off a duct. An insulation wrap usually solves the problem.

Call the Warranty department. If you are under warranty they should take care of it.

Just to report:

Called Sack Roofing on Thursday morning and Bill Banks came round that afternoon to check out the problem, and gave an estimate, which we accepted

Bill came back at 8 am the next morning and started the work - giving us regular updates as things progressed over the next three hours

During today's heavy rain there was no sound of dripping on to the ceiling, as there had been even in light rain beforehand
