We've used Nature's Way House Washing (Jason Brown) once about a year ago and were very pleased, but we've been trying to reach them now for about a month, left messages, but no return calls. Anyone know if they are still in business or ???

We used Jason from Nature's Way for several years for house washing on an annual basis. A couple of years ago, his mother (his receptionist) called me to cancel and appointment which was supposed to be for later that day. She said Jason's equipment was broken. She said at the time she could not make another appointment because she did not know when the equipment would be repaired.

I waited a week then I called several times after that to make another appointment. No one ever got back to me. I gave up and found another company.

Jason has downsized to only a handful of select clients for power washing, since his lawn care business is doing very well.

I’ve been trying to contact him also. He was supposed to power wash our house in June but no show. You would think that someone would call back letting us know what is going on. I really liked Jason been using him for 8 years. Friends of ours has seen him around. . I’m very disappointed in his customer service by not returning our calls. Trying to find someone else.

Egner's is the company I used for the exterior wash of our home after Jason did not return my phone calls.

I don't know about anyone else, but when I want my polyvinyl siding pre-treated with concentrated sodium hypochlorite, then blasted with a gas powered pressure washer, I want it done the way nature intended.

Egner’s pressure washed our house on Thursday. Angelo did a great job. Highly recommend them.

What is an average/fair price for a 3 BR designer, not stretched with huge lanai or huge birdcage, pool, or such, just average designer ? What should one pay typically ?

I recently had the exterior of my three bedroom Courtyard Villa washed by Egners and the charge was $70.

Does anyone find that after you have someone wash your siding that there is still some sort of residue on the siding. We just washed our house back north this past weekend and sprayed on the product that you let set for 10 minutes then wash off. We washed off with pressure washer and tonight we were noticing that there seems to still be some sort of residue on the siding.

Ever wash your car with a power washer? It gets the big stuff off, but doesn't really do a great job. And if you don't dry it, you get hard water spots. Same with your siding (it's just not as obvious). The 10-minute stuff works pretty well, but it is a compromise. The only way to do it right is to wash it with a cloth, then either dry it immediately or rinse with distilled water. That would be expensive or hard work if you did it yourself. So many of us live with the compromise.
