Does anyone know what is currently under construction at the new traffic light at the intersection of Warm Springs & Meggison Road - across from Bradford and Hawkins? There is wall up so it looks like villas or verandas?

Does anyone know what is currently under construction at the new traffic light at the intersection of Warm Springs & Meggison Road - across from Bradford and Hawkins? There is wall up so it looks like villas or verandas?

At that intersection, Warm Springs Avenus (CR468) is going east-west.

The new village to the north will be St. Johns. To the south, Meggison Road winds around and goes past the villages of Hawkins and St. Catherine's where a LOT of houses and rec centers are being built.
