Are there any Moving Consultants around TV that can assist with all the actions associated with a relocation to another state from TV?

The Properties of The Villages offer a service along that's lines. Here is the problem with it, they choose the realtor to list your home and (I believe) the moving company. They receive a kickback for each.

The money (for them) is the sale of your other home. They may not help if they don't get that aspect of the deal.

Nothing wrong with TV's service if they have your interests in mind: they do not. The decision on which mover and realtor is largely influenced on who meets their referral fee requirements ( kick back).

When we first were going to move here the sales rep put us in touch with their agent.

It appeared all they did was give us the name of moving company making money for doing about nothing
