Crisper's Tomorrow????

Been watching for KathieI's usual announcement for Crisper's luncheon. Have I missed it?? Is it still on for Friday, the 20th at 3:00??? First chance we will have to make one. Guess we'll go and see if anyone shows up. Maybe she is busy trying to post the pix from the last meeting. :shrug:

It is across from the high school...not directly across but sorta to the right.

Guess Kathie got busy. So, assume it is going on and show up. I'm sure some will be there. If I'm lucky, I'll be there.

For those who need location info, here's a little more detail: It is in the Southern Trace Shopping Center where Publix is on 466. Crisper's is the last shop. As Gracie said, it is more or less across the street from the high school (turn at the light by the high school towards the shopping center, take second right, it will be on your left when you enter the parking lot). Steak N Brew is next door to it.

We are here in Ohio so we will miss it. I am a little worried we haven't heard from our Kathie 1.

OK, here I am... I've been really busy these days. Working on helping some of our great restaurants survive this horrible economic problem until the snowbirds return. I can't believe I would be excited about this place getting crowded again and I just hope that our entertainers and eating places can hold on until then. Between my facebook ads and organizing group events and promoting entertainers, its been a whirlwind.

Speaking of that, I'm bringing my petition to the lunch on Friday to get more signatures, hopefully. I'm now presenting it to Mark Morse very shortly. This petition is to bring the music back outside at Havana CC. It is a disgrace that for a small few (maybe even one person) that all the rest would not enjoy their favorite past time and I intend to work as hard as I can to get matter reversed... The threats from this ONE person, forced the management to fire many of the entertainers, who are now struggling to make up the money they are losing. Does this person realize how SELFISH this is??? Or does he care???

Please come to the lunch on Friday, I'll be there, and you can hear me on my soapbox even more. And if THAT person has the ba--s to come by and talk to me, I'll be thrilled to converse with him.

Take deep breaths Kathie my love. Prepare yourself for all the hugs you will get ...and give tomorrow. The Champions will be there?? Oh someone help Kathie with their camera. I want to see their happy faces now that I hear they have purchased a home in Paradise!!

I remember how much I wanted to see the faces of the people who post on here before I met them. Kathie1 was one of the first I met. She flew in from California and we all met at Whiskeys, which is no longer there. Kathie and Chelsea and Steve and Barefoot and Fireboy and Mr and Mrs Travels and Chris and Village 07 and Redwitch were there. And I hope I didn't leave anyone out. What a wonderful evening for the G's. That is when our fate was sealed.

Crispers is a very big deal Kathie. Thank you for keeping it going.

My wife and I will be moving soon (we hope) and I have followed the meetings at Crispers for a couple of months and have been looking forward to coming to the meetings. DON'T YOU DARE QUIT HAVING THOSE MEETINGS!!! Hang in there. We want to meet everyone once we get there and this looks like a good place to start. Keep posting the pictures along with names.

We all voted Kathie, it was unanimous to triple your pay from what you receive now. Guess you'll have to talk to Tony or Talk Host or maybe the Morse's to find out what happened to your raise? :clap2: Maybe the check is in the e-mail? :1rotfl:

I thought the TOV luncheon was today at 3:00. Did I miss it yesterday? I will be so disappointed if I did. I am renting and leave in a few weeks.

Ok, Bklyn Senior, I'm so sorry you missed our lunch. It was yesterday and we had loads of fun. No, there's no email list, just the reminders that are posted here on TOTV.
