We played Yankee Clipper on Tuesday and were surprised that it was cart path only since the worst of the rains were over many days ago. As per the Ambassador It turns out at least on the Clipper that they have over seeded with rye grass and were watering almost constantly so it takes hold. Just be prepared and understand why it’s cart path only.
