Classified Section not working for me

I have sold several items on TOTV Classifieds over the years but for the past 3 days I cannot access the page for listing a new item nor my previous classifieds. I can access the classified section but nothing on how to list a new item. Clicking on "List a new item" takes me to classifieds but no mention of how to list a new item. I scoured this site for a help chat or telephone number for assistance but can only find a Contact Us button which takes me to a page to create a ticket. I have created three tickets yesterday and today but no response. I suspect I am not doing something right. Can someone tell me how to get assistance?

I’m having problems also. I want to buy a Tommy Bahama couch and chair and it tells me am log in but won’t give me the contact information. I’ve tried many times . Is anyone having this problem ? I really want to buy them . Any help appreciated. Thanks
