Cannot see seller contact info in the classifieds even after logging in

When I select an item for sale, I am prompted to log in in order to see the seller contact info. I log in and then the page jumps all the way back to the beginning of the classifieds. When I scroll through and get back to the item, I am again prompted to log in to see the contact info. This process keeps repeating. Very frustrating!

I’ve been trying to obtain seller information for a couple of weeks. I keep entering my username and PW but nothing works. Can anyone get seller information????

Just tried one and got the contact number and send message spot ok

I tried 3 different classifieds and had not problem. I would suggest you clear your browsing history, cookies, etc. and see if that clears up the problem.

I received an email about the problem a few days ago.
They claimed to be working on it. Oh well.

Still no luck - I login again for the classifieds. When I try to contact a seller, I complete the requested information fields and submit, but a message appears saying that says I’m not authorized...someone was suppose to contact me from the help desk but that never happened. It’s a shame because there are items I am interested in.
