No idea how big your part is but be prepared for high tooling cost.

Discovered that when we went to China. $78000 in Arkansas, $21,000 in China! And the Arkansas molds are made in China! Does anyone make molds in the US?

Very few and when they do it will cost a large amount more.

Thoisands. We have the plans. We want two molds. One for the main part and one for the packaging. 3000 units 10 to a box fit in a 40ft container. We will order assembled by the container load.
