Here’s a new construction update for the work happening in The Villages. Lots of things happening around The Villages in many of areas.
I’ve covered most of the areas were activity is going on and I found some interesting information about new apartments that may be built. I’ve not seen it mentioned anywhere else, but a document published by The Villages definitely shows what looks to be more apartments coming, watch the video and you’ll see what I’m talking about.

It used to confuse me too until we did the Lifestyle Visit and started to understand the lay of the land. Now when Don posts a video I might pull up Google Maps to see where he actually is. It'll all start to make sense after awhile..

Another great video, we just purchased property in St. Catherines along the backside corner by the water, we have not seen the lot in person, only pictures. Your video's really helped us in seeing the overview of the development. We decided on St. Catherines over Bradford because Bradford is electric only and St. Cathrines is gas, which we wanted. The bond structure is favorable in St. Catharines over Chitty Chatty. If you get the opportunity, we would love to see a fly over on the back portion of ST. Catherines, back by the tree line and the walking trails. We are unable to see our lot until Mid December due to my surgery, and your videos are our eyes to the property. We love looking at your past video's, and compare the differences, it still amazes us how fast things change and the speed of the development. Keep up the great work. Thank You

The bond structure is favorable in St. Catharines over Chitty Chatty.

There is no bond difference as both villages are covered in the CDD 13 Series 1 bonds. There may be a difference in the bond mount on a particular subdivision based on its total acreage and number of homes, but beyond that the bond amount is the same pre acre in both villages. One cannot categorically say one village has a better bond than the other simply based on the amount of the bond on an individual home.
