Question for those who have Coolaroo shades

I know that most people get these shades to block out sun or for privacy, but I'm looking for something to block out wind. I'm tired of having everything blow off of my table and into the pool. Do coolaroo shades block out any of the wind or is there another option I should look for? I'm not planning on using them during excessive wind speeds, just normal windy days like yesterday.

We had them in Hawaii. They blocked the wind. They came with hooks to hold them down so that they wouldn't blow in the wind. They worked well for us on the lanai. They kept the rain out too.
