Garage contractor recommendations

We are looking for recommendations (or warnings) for contractors experienced in adding a garage addition for a block/stucco courtyard villa. Someone who can handle design, ARC approval, permitting through timely completion. Interested in feedback from owners that have this type of work completed.

While it was not a golf cart garage, 2 neighbors had T&D put large additions on their houses, both came out very nice.

pick a good bilder. we had a bad one . came home on a sunday and the workers were in my back yard . last week i was missing rakers and to shovels and a sleg hammer to late .. make sure you put all your stuf in tour home
