Mr. Bush's final approval rating of 22 % is the lowest final rating for an outgoing president since Gallup began asking about presidential approval more than 70 years ago.

President Obama's job approval rating has fallen to 47 percent in the latest Gallup poll, the lowest ever recorded for any president at this point in his term.

What is the use of these: Do polls change opinion of voters?

Polls will have a significant role this November. Overall support of repealing Obamacare ranged from 52% to 63% according to Rasmussen. Politicians thought they would pass Obamacare and coast to victory this November.
Many politicians have politely asked Obama's team not to come to their districts to campaign this fall.

Maybe if the politicians listened to the polls in the first place, Obamacare would not have been passed and their jobs would not be in jeopardy.
