Good Morning, I am new to The Villages 10-6-2020 , and looking for a place to use my pole! I hear we have some fishing holes but I am having trouble locating them on a map. I live on the North side but would love to do some exploring... Thank you

Etiquette would be don’t park cart on private property, don’t cross private property to access waters edge, catch and release only, avoid areas posted no fishing, and get a license if under exempt age. Northern locations where I have had luck catching bass include, Lake Paradise in historic section, Lake Mira Mira in Spanish Springs, the pond running along the cart path between Chula Vista and Del Mar, the pond just south of the Lake Miona Rec Center, and the pond near the Ashland/Lynnhaven postal station. My go to lure to get the pole bending is Senko’s rigged Texas style. Good luck and fish on : )
