Remove carpet only?

I am buying a court yard villa and would like to have all of the carpet removed on day two of ownership. Yes it is that bad.

I will have new floor covering installed at a later date, some work is completed.

Can anyone recommend someone to just remove the carpet?

I would guess any one of the many handymen could do this, however there may be a problem getting rid of the old carpet. I did my own and put the old carpet in the garage and then placed in the trash over 3 or 4 pickups as I had on way to get it to the county dump, and I was not sure what the charge was.
