Pool Deck / Lanai Rubber or Pebble Coating

Does anyone near by install poly pebble or rubber stone surfaces to a pool deck or lanai?

Is poly pebble similar to Chattahoochie River Rock (small tumbled stones in resin)? I'd like to do our lanai in that type of product.
